How we use it
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except as required to deliver our service (for example, email delivery providers).
Legal basis
We operate under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia. For visitors from the European Economic Area, we voluntarily honour GDPR principles: lawful basis, data minimisation, purpose limitation, and the right to erasure. Data retention
Contact enquiries are retained for as long as necessary to resolve the enquiry, up to a maximum of 24 months. Sponsorship contract records and any related correspondence are retained for the duration of the contract plus 24 months for accounting and audit purposes.
